Remote, Contract - based Southern California Litigation Paralegal (Trial Prep with PI/Medical Malpractice Experience) - 10+ Hours/Week

We are a national network of experienced, high -level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on -demand support for both short -term and long -term legal projects for our client law firms.

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Southern California Litigation Paralegal (Trial Preparation with Personal Injury / Medical Malpractice Experience)<\/b>.
<\/p>

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week<\/b>.
<\/p>

Paralegal Requirements:<\/b>
<\/p>

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal with direct experience in California litigation matters
  <\/li>
• Prior experience handling Personal Injury and/or Medical Malpractice cases required
  <\/li>
• Strong trial preparation experience, including preparing trial binders, exhibits, witness files, and other trial -related materials
  <\/li>
• Experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial
  <\/li>
• Strong experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
  <\/li>
• Ability to manage and organize large volumes of medical records, expert materials, and case documents
  <\/li>
• Experience coordinating depositions, mediations, expert witnesses, and trial logistics
  <\/li>
• Strong knowledge of California civil litigation procedures, court rules, and deadlines
  <\/li>
• Experience with e -filing in California state and federal courts
  <\/li>
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong case management skills
  <\/li>
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and work effectively in a fast -paced litigation environment
  <\/li>
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  <\/li>
• Self -starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour<\/b>.
