Case Manager Assistant - Personal Injury

Do you have “at least” a year in a personal injury law office ---- with specific experience handling auto accident cases?

What does the role look like: 

· Schedule calls and statements with appropriate parties 

· Request property damage estimate and photos 

· Gather subrogation ledgers and communicate with carriers 

· Obtain medical payment ledgers 

· Provide treatment status to the insurance adjusters 

· Follow up, follow up, follow up  

          Plan documents, mailings, demands documentation, etc etc 

· HAVE FUN 

What qualifications are needed: 

· Critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills 

· Thrives in a high-paced exciting environment 

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable software systems 

· Transferable medical office or auto insurance office experience  

· Bilingual: English/Spanish a plus, but not necessary  

· Office – onsite role 

Compensation package: 

· $45-52k annually
