Applicants with Federal Acquisitions Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) Professional or a valid, current Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in contracting is preferred, but not required. If selected, you will be required to become certified within 12 months.
Duties If selected, you will provide a variety of administrative support services to the United States Attorney's Office. You will receive formal and/or on-the-job training as needed. Duties include: Planning and procuring support services and equipment. Providing support services in relation to space management, purchasing supplies and equipment, security, internal controls, mail, records, reproduction services, forms management and communication services. Serving as action officer for senior staff in administering a wide variety of administrative support activities, e.g., office moves, reorganizations, communication system changes, and personnel actions. Providing direct administrative support to senior officials. Projecting and analyzing space needs based on proposed initiatives, staff changes, and technology improvements. Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress. Salary- $61,111 - $115,213/year
