Duties If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for providing a wide range of legal support services to one or more Assistant U.S. Attorneys. Typical work assignments will include: Preparing a variety of legal documents, including expert requests, interrogatories, notices of depositions, and subpoenas. Reviewing documents and other materials produced pursuant to subpoena; Maintaining inventory of materials produced pursuant to subpoena; and prepares outline of substance of documents/materials produced pursuant to subpoena. Reviewing, summarizing and outlining documentary evidence, deposition transcripts and or other testimony. Monitoring the progress of pending cases and initiates action to ensure that legal pleadings, forms, reports, correspondence, and other documents are prepared and submitted within established deadlines. Using tables and citation checking with efficiency. Compiling, organizing and indexing various discovery and evidence exhibits for trial. Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress. Salary- $72,737 - $114,413/year
