Duties Provide legal support across the full range of Army Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) and NAFI practice areas, with an emphasis on NAF contracting, including acquisition strategy, statement of work preparation, solicitation, drafting, negotiation and administration of contracts; contract claims and disputes; vendor agreements, public private ventures and debt collection; acquisition and use of NAF property and interests in real property including facility construction, and maintenance and restoration. As well as fiscal law matters involving the application of fiscal law statutes, regulations and budget policies as they pertain to non-appropriated and appropriated funds. Provide advice and guidance in the areas of Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act matters, and other administrative law matters resulting from operations and responsibilities of operating large military installations. Provides oral and written legal advice concerning the activities of IMCOM G-9. Performs in-depth legal research. Serves as ethics counselor. Coordinates actions with other staff elements and with installations, IMCOM Staff, IMCOM Directorates, AMC, Department of the Army, and higher level legal and staff offices, as appropriate. Salary- $95,000 - $145,000/year
