Duties Provide legal support across the full range of Army Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) and NAFI practice areas, with an emphasis on NAF contracting, including acquisition strategy, statement of work preparation, solicitation, drafting, negotiation and administration of contracts; contract claims and disputes; vendor agreements; public private ventures; debt collection; acquisition and use of NAF property and interests in real property including facility construction, and maintenance and restoration. Provide advice on fiscal law matters involving the application of fiscal law statutes, regulations, and MWR funding policies pertaining to the use of nonappropriated and appropriated funds in support of the MWR program. Provide advice and guidance on administrative law matters and issues resulting from MWR operations as well as Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act matters, and ethics. Provide oral and written legal advice concerning the activities of the IMCOM G-9. Perform in-depth legal research. Serve as ethics counselor. Coordinate actions with other staff elements and with installations, IMCOM Staff, IMCOM Directorates, AMC, Department of the Army, and higher level legal and staff offices, as appropriate. Salary- $95,000 - $145,000/year
