Descripción del empleo

 Assists the Chief Legal Officer and other legal staff with scheduling agenda meetings, calls, appointments and travel arrangements. ▪ Drafts simple documents, letters, corporate and board documents. ▪ Conducts legal and non-legal research or search for references. ▪ Maintains an up-to-date internal contracts database. ▪ Assists in the maintenance of the legal files both electronic and paper. ▪ Responsible for managing invoices from consultants and outside counsel and ensuring adequate payment. ▪ Prepares and follow up requisitions for department materials. ▪ Handles telephone calls and messages. ▪ Copy, scan and file. ▪ Efficient in taking and transcribing meeting minutes. ▪ Coordinates smalls events, such as board meeting, and related activities. ▪ Participates in meetings and orientations. ▪ Execute any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Requisitos

Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Sciences, or similar. ▪ The position requires three (3) years of related experience. ▪ Paralegal studies or experience preferred.
