The Role You Will Play

  • The Real Estate Paralegal will handle the full lifecycle of the real estate closing transaction including pre-closing, closing, and post-closing.
  • Working alongside a Sr. Real Estate Paralegal and expert attorneys, the Real Estate Paralegal will apply his/her knowledge, attention to detail, and problem-solving to fully support the closing process.
  • This role is entrusted to provide superior customer service to all clients including though not limited to realtors, home buyers, lenders/banks, brokers, and attorneys.

Background Profile

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate paralegal work
  • Superior attention to detail specifically as related to financial documents & real estate contracts
  • Ability to successfully prioritize multiple projects in a given moment, all at different stages with various timelines
  • Exceptional client engagement and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Qualia, SoftPro Select, and/or SoftPro
  • Ability and willingness to work with the team onsite in Huntersville, NC
