Handle litigation matters from the inception of the case through resolution, including legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and motion practice.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 - 15 years of litigation experience.
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Member in good standing with the New York Bar.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- $70 - $85
