
Porter Scott, Sacramento’s premiere civil litigation firm, is seeking an energetic and tech-savvy litigation paralegal to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and values precision and organization. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and understands essential legal principles like attorney-client privilege. A strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
Our paralegals play a key role in our litigation teams. Responsibilities include organizing and summarizing large volumes of documents, preparing chronologies, managing subpoenas, assisting with document productions, performing online research, summarizing depositions, and supporting attorneys in trial preparation.

Salary range is $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience.
