HII has an exciting opportunity for a 2025 Summer Intern supporting our Legal Compliance team!
For 10 weeks, you will:
Focus on legal research and writing, primarily regarding compliance issues
Review and help advise on legal and business implications of new/revised regulations
Review and help advise on compliance risk areas
Review company policy and procedure development and revision
Research and brief case law with implications for compliance program and business
Research, brief, and report on various legal research questions, in other areas of law as needed
Be give then opportunity for presentation on topic of interest to Law Department

The deadline to apply is Sunday, November 3, 2024.
1. Be enrolled in a Juris Doctorate program at an accredited law school
2. Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (Official transcripts will be required)
3. Be continuing in the Juris Doctorate program in the fall following the internship
4. Work a 40-hour work week for a minimum of 10 weeks during the summer
