Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

Active Bar Admission in Colorado.

3+ years of substantive experience in public company reporting and compliance, capital markets, and/or corporate governance.

Strong understanding of securities laws, SEC reporting requirements, and corporate governance best practices.

Experience advising clients on regulatory compliance, securities offerings, and corporate transactions.

Exceptional analytical, writing, and negotiation skills.

Counsel public and private companies on SEC reporting obligations, compliance, and disclosure requirements.

Advise clients on capital markets transactions, including securities offerings and financings.

Provide guidance on corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance.

Assist in structuring and negotiating corporate transactions.

Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to deliver strategic legal solutions to clients across a broad range of industries.

In addition to a positive company culture, associates receive competitive compensation, ranging from $260,000 to $390,000 annually, commensurate with experience. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid holidays, family care benefits, and a 401(k) plan.
