We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Judicial Foreclosure Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and preparing legal documentation, including pleadings, motions, notices of hearings, and discovery. You will also coordinate court schedules and ensure compliance with strict foreclosure timelines and legal procedures, making sure all aspects of the judicial foreclosure process run smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with judicial foreclosure processes, including Texas Home Equity Foreclosures or Arkansas judicial foreclosures, and will possess a solid understanding of legal terminology and court procedures. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be regularly engaging with clients, attorneys, and court personnel to provide updates, gather necessary information, and ensure accurate case documentation.

Description of Duties:
- Efficiently prepare and file legal pleadings, motions, notice of hearings, discovery, proposed orders, and other relevant court documents, order court records, and effectuate service of process.
- Accurately coordinate and schedule hearings and other in-person/Zoom court appearance.
- Coordinating and adhering to specific civil court procedures, maintaining deadlines, calendars and updating internal case management systems.
- Engage with clients to provide updates and collect necessary information.
- Ensure servicer and firm processing systems are up to date with accurate information.
- Adhere to legislative, investor, and client-driven foreclosure timelines and other directives.
- May be asked to perform other tasks as needed to support the team or business. These duties may change based on the company's needs.
Experience and Skills:
- Over 1 year of experience with Texas Home Equity Foreclosure and/or Arkansas judicial foreclosure processes and related documentation.
- Strong knowledge of the judicial foreclosure procedures and legal terminology.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and writing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Schedule:
The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees are required to be onsite 2-3 days per week following a 90-day training period and upon management approval.
Salary Range:
The salary for this position typically ranges from $20 - $24 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Please note that the final offer may differ based on the candidate's specific qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity and business needs.
