We are seeking talented Patent Litigation Associates to join a dynamic, nationally ranked practice.
About the Opportunity
Our client is a leading international firm known for its strength in patent litigation and its deep knowledge across technology, life sciences, and innovative industries. This role provides the opportunity to work on high-profile, complex matters alongside top practitioners in the field.
Responsibilities- Support all phases of patent litigation, including discovery, motion practice, Markman hearings, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Conduct detailed technical analysis related to products, patents, and expert matters.
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and related litigation documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional legal teams across multiple offices.
- Engage professionally with clients and maintain strong communication throughout engagements.
- Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 2 years of patent litigation experience (District Court and/or ITC).
- Technical background in electrical engineering, computer science, or related technology field; or biology, immunology, biochemistry, or related life sciences field.
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
