Title: Elder Abuse Litigation Paralegal

Location: West Hollywood, CA

Compensation: $30–$45/hr (DOE)

A plaintiff-side law firm is hiring a Litigation Paralegal to support its elder abuse practice from intake through trial.

What you'll do

• Support attorneys on cases from intake through trial
• Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas and demand packages
• Build exhibit, mediation and trial binders
• Summarize medical, facility and deposition records
• Coordinate with providers, experts and opposing counsel
• Calendar court deadlines

What you bring

• 3+ years as a litigation paralegal; elder abuse, med neg, wrongful death or PI preferred
• Working knowledge of California court procedures and e-filing
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
