Representative Responsibilities

• Early case assessment, including accused product and prior art analysis
  <\/p><\/li>

• Drafting infringement and invalidity claim charts
  <\/p><\/li>

• Preparing pleadings, dispositive motions, and substantive briefing
  <\/p><\/li>

• Managing written discovery and e -discovery processes
  <\/p><\/li>

• Handling meet -and -confers and discovery negotiations
  <\/p><\/li>

• Assisting with claim construction briefing and hearing preparation
  <\/p><\/li>

• Working with technical and damages experts
  <\/p><\/li>

• Preparing deposition outlines and supporting exhibits
  <\/p><\/li>

• Contributing to trial strategy and preparation
  <\/p><\/li>

• Supporting trademark and trade secret litigation matters alongside patent disputes
  <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

  Associates are expected to contribute meaningfully rather than operate solely in a support capacity.

  Requirements<\/h3>

  
  <\/h3>

  • 2–4 years of patent litigation experience
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Exposure to trademark and/or trade secret litigation
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Federal court experience
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Involvement in claim construction and discovery practice
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong research and writing skills
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Excellent academic credentials
    <\/p><\/li>

  • A technical background preferred but not required
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Candidates focused exclusively on patent prosecution will not be a fit. This is a litigation -driven role.

    Anticipated Compensation and Benefits

    Base salary range: $175,000 – $280,000<\/b>, depending on factors including but not limited to experience, skills, education and location.
