Description
SSL Law Firm LLP, is seeking a mid-level real estate attorney with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and asset management matters. This role offers the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients including developers, landlords, tenants, technology companies and institutional investors.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transaction documents, including:
- Purchase and sale agreements
- Commercial leases (office, retail, and industrial)
- Easements, license agreements, and related real estate documents
- Property management and service agreements
- Conduct and manage due diligence for purchase and sales transactions, including:
- Reviewing title commitments and surveys
- Identifying and resolving title and survey issues
- Assist with the coordination and management of closings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex transactions
Preferred Experience: Experience working with large commercial landlords/tenants
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 3–7 years of experience practicing transactional real estate law at a law firm
- Strong drafting, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client service skills
