Associate Attorney – Labor & Employment (Junior/Mid-Level)

What You’ll Do:

• Handle employment counseling, single-plaintiff litigation, class/collective actions, and workplace investigations.

• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.

• Collaborate with a team on sophisticated labor and employment matters.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2–5 years of experience in labor & employment or complex litigation.

• Exposure to employment counseling and litigation at state and federal levels.

• Outstanding academic record and superior legal writing skills.

• Active California Bar membership.
