What You Can Expect:
We are seeking an experienced paralegal to support corporate transactions and contracting processes. This role requires familiarity with the elements and principles of contracting, an eye for detail, and exceptional organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Provides direct assistance to the Corporate Transactions and Governance professional legal staff in the triage, organization, preparation and interpretation of contracts and related documents.
- Manages the intake for a variety of contracts, including for medical supplies and equipment, technology, services, real estate, and other health system needs.
- Researches, prepares, and interprets reports and databases, including tracking metrics related to the contract lifecycle and efficiency.
- Serves as a liaison between the legal staff and internal departments through a contract management system.
- Collaborates with St. Luke’s departments, clients, outside agencies, and various stakeholders.
- Relies on experience and judgment to prioritize, plan, and accomplish goals and foster a positive team culture.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's Degree or Paralegal Certificate. HSD/GED + 2 more years of relevant experience.
- Experience: 4 years of relevant experience.
