Our client, a respected regional law firm, is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join their Civil Litigation practice. You’ll work across areas like Professional Liability, Tort and Liability Defense, and Workers’ Compensation, taking on challenging cases that demand sharp legal instincts and strategic thinking.

What You’ll Do

• Manage your own caseload from start to finish, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research and draft high-quality memoranda, reports, and correspondence
• Take and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses
• Appear in state and federal courts for hearings, mediations, and trials
• Collaborate closely with partners, clients, and experts to develop and execute litigation strategies
• Provide clear, timely communication and status updates to clients

What You’ll Need

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission to the New Hampshire State Bar
• 1–4 years of civil litigation experience (experience in both NH state and federal courts preferred)
• Strong advocacy skills and proficiency in drafting and arguing dispositive motions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
