Legal - Intern

Job Summary The Legal - Intern will support the company’s legal department by conducting research, reviewing, and drafting documents, and assisting with legal analysis. This role provides general support on a variety of legal and administrative tasks, helping ensure efficient operation of the department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Legal and regulatory research and reporting assistance Assist with the re-organization of the legal contract management system Light contract review and reporting under the guidance of the transactional legal team Assist with state-level business entity filings, follow-ups, tracking, and reporting Ad hoc tasks as needed to support the efforts of the legal team Performs other duties as assigned Position Requirements Education High school diploma or equivalent required Experience None required Functional/Technical Skills High degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability Ability to work as a self-starter Detail oriented; ability to execute accurately Strong communication skills Desire to learn and grow professionally General computer skills including Microsoft office   Environmental/Physical Demands Work is typically performed in a standard office environment.
