Davis Graham is seeking a highly qualified attorney with 4+ years of experience in employment law for a position focused on drafting, counseling, and transactions. Candidates should possess significant experience drafting employee agreements (e.g., employment, separation, restrictive covenant, and bonus agreements and employee policies and handbooks); researching and answering questions on day-to-day employment issues; and researching and drafting correspondence, pleadings, position statements, and briefs for pre-litigation and litigation matters. This position is not anticipated to entail a significant amount of hearing, deposition, or trial attendance. Experience with employment-related due diligence for M&A deals would be valuable for the role. Candidates should be entrepreneurial, team oriented, and highly motivated to serve our clients and grow our practice. Experience in an employment law group at a large law firm or an employment law boutique firm is preferred. Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school, excellent academic credentials, and strong written and oral communication skills.
