Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, read and route correspondence
- Produce check requests and organize electronic case files for court appearances.
- Prepare settlement documents
- Conduct file research, compile medical records and prepare subpoenas and deposition notices.
- Coordinate appointments, depositions and court docket calendar
- Work in the Court’s electronic filing system and process invoices.
What You Bring:
- Requires a Business School or Associate’s Degree OR a minimum of two year's of related business experience.
- Proficiency with MS Word and working knowledge of Excel.
- The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Experience in Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation system is required.
