Remote, Contract -based, Business/Corporate Paralegal Opportunity - 10+ Hours per Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Business/Corporate Paralegal.
<\/div>

<\/div>

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to range from approximately 10 -20 hours per week.
<\/div>

Paralegal Requirements:
<\/div>

<\/div>

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant practice areas
<\/div>

- Drafting contractual agreements / operating agreements
<\/div>

- Client communication to get necessary information for documents and explain processes
<\/div>

- Well -organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
<\/div>

- Self -starter and able to work independently
<\/div>

<\/div>

Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour.
<\/div>
