Well&Nest Recruiting LLC has partnered with a well-known plaintiff personal injury firm. The firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of personal injury cases from the initial investigation to settlement or trial.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
• Prepare legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, ensuring the best interests are represented.
• Contribute to the firm's overall growth by providing legal representation and support to senior attorneys.
• Navigate multiple cases, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school,
• Licensed to practice law in the state of New York
• Minimum of one year of experience in personal injury litigation

Compensation: $75K-$200K (Includes a base plus bonus structure)
