Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Attorney with 3–5 years of legal experience to join our in-house legal team. This role will support the General Counsel in a broad range of legal matters, with a primary focus on contract review, legal research and writing, and special projects as needed. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and capable of handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and revise a variety of commercial contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, service contracts, and licensing agreements.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare memoranda, summaries, and recommendations on various legal issues.
- Support the General Counsel on special legal and compliance projects
- Assist with contract management processes, including tracking, organizing, and maintaining contract documentation.
- Monitor relevant changes in laws and regulations
- Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel as needed.
- Provide general administrative legal support to the General Counsel.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law Florida.
- 3–5 years of legal experience, preferably with exposure to contract law, legal research, and corporate matters.
- Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
- In-house experience is a plus but not required.
