Fill only if we find someone exceptional at that number; otherwise the Marketing Director hire comes first (and a Marketing Director who can also own social makes this role unnecessary). Joe Naz Accident Lawyers is a Newport Beach-based plaintiff personal injury firm (~400 active cases, 480+ five-star reviews, 72% word-of-mouth business, EOS-run, AI-forward, fully remote team, one departure in firm history).

The Role

Own organic social media and content across 9–12 accounts: the law firm, the founder's personal brand, his podcast, and a future business-coaching brand for PI lawyers. Loyal to one brand — not a freelancer juggling 40 projects.

• Plan, create, edit, and post content daily across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook (or manage a VA who posts)
• Repurpose podcast and long-form video into short-form; drive brand consistency
• Use AI tools for ideation, editing, scheduling, and reporting
• Track what actually converts: the founder previously spent heavily on social that produced views (7K/month on YouTube) but no tracked cases — ROI attribution matters here
• Manage an editor and/or VA as the operation grows

What They're Looking For

• Proven personal-brand growth (thousands of followers) with results you can point to; legal / personal injury experience strongly preferred
• Hands-on creator: shooting, editing, captioning, posting — not just strategy
• AI-fluent, hungry, scrappy, and loyal to one brand
• Comfortable working directly with a founder who is very process-oriented (EOS) and quick to implement

Compensation

• ~$4,000–$5,000/month (~$48K–$60K/yr) — fractional or full-time depending on the person; upside as the firm scales
