Confidential Search | Executive Support & Legal Operations

Our client is seeking a polished, highly professional Executive Assistant to support senior legal leadership in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is not a traditional administrative role. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, managing high-level priorities, confidential matters, strategic initiatives, and board-related activities.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and possesses the professionalism and discretion required to support senior executives and legal leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Executive Assistant supporting Legal & Corporate Operations, you will play a critical role in helping executive leadership operate efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities include:

β€’ Managing complex executive calendars and coordinating high-level meetings

β€’ Coordinating domestic travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting

β€’ Supporting legal department operations and administrative initiatives

β€’ Tracking key projects, deadlines, and strategic action items

β€’ Serving as a liaison between executive leadership, board members, internal stakeholders, and external partners

β€’ Preparing reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials

β€’ Supporting board-related activities and executive communications

β€’ Maintaining highly confidential records and information

β€’ Coordinating with other executive assistants and leadership team members

β€’ Anticipating executive needs and proactively resolving challenges before they arise


Required Qualifications:

β€’ 6+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership

β€’ Experience managing complex calendars and executive priorities

β€’ Strong organizational and project coordination skills

β€’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

β€’ Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

β€’ Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

β€’ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications:

β€’ Experience supporting legal, corporate, executive, or board-level functions

β€’ Bachelor's Degree preferred

β€’ Experience within a corporate headquarters environment

β€’ Legal industry experience is a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $85,000 - $100,000

Annual Bonus: 10%
