A highly regarded legal team is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of employment law experience to join its Employment & Labor practice. This role involves employment counseling, litigation, and transactional support, with a strong focus on advising clients on compliance and workplace policies.
Position Responsibilities:- Advise clients on employment policies, regulatory compliance, and workplace best practices
- Draft and negotiate employment and separation agreements
- Handle employment-related disputes and litigation support
- Assist in the employment aspects of corporate transactions
- Mentor and train junior associates while collaborating within a dynamic team
- 4+ years of experience in employment law, with a strong advisory and compliance background
- Experience handling employment policies, contracts, and litigation matters
- Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with a willingness to mentor junior team members
- Admission to the California Bar is required
- Outstanding academic credentials from a recognized law school
