About the Role:Were seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to:
- Leverage Expertise: Bring 5+ years of experience as a legal administrative assistant in a law firm setting, with a focus on corporate and transactional law. Experience in Healthcare or Real Estate/Finance is a valuable asset.
- Excel in Technology: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Master E-Filing: Confidently handle e-filing processes.
- Stay Organized: Manage files efficiently, open new matters, and maintain all relevant documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Communicate Effectively: Exhibit expert-level written and verbal communication skills to build strong professional relationships with attorneys, clients, and colleagues.
- Adapt and Solve Problems: Thrive in a fast-paced environment by anticipating needs, resolving issues independently, and proposing proactive solutions.
- Handle Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
In this role, you'll take charge of:
