Job Description
Seeking a talented and motivated Transactional Attorney Associate to join our practice. The Investment Team primarily represents capital providers in their debt and equity investment activities, offering a unique opportunity to work across the capital structure and gain experience with a diverse range of transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- 2–6 years of transactional experience, ideally in finance or corporate law.
- Experience representing lenders, investors, or companies in debt, equity, or M&A transactions is preferred.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to manage complex matters independently while collaborating effectively in a team setting.
- Active bar membership in good standing.
This role will sit ONSITE out of Charlotte, NC.
