Role Summary
Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for an exceptional Legal Assistant to join our growing Legal team. As a Legal Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping the fast-paced Legal team operating smoothly. The position will coordinate agreement approvals and signatures, help develop efficient and scalable legal workflows, and manage legal team administrative matters. To be successful in the role, you must be comfortable collaborating with stakeholders of all levels and meeting tight deadlines. A strong attention to detail and great organizational skills are essential.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 10% for company gatherings.
Location: Denver, CO (3-day hybrid in-office role)
Compensation: $85K - $100K (Offers Bonus)
Essential Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of contract requests and other tasks.
Coordinate agreement approvals, signatures and document tracking.
Assist with administrative matters such as filings, document organization, team logistics and diligence requests.
Develop and manage legal team workflows and processes to improve efficiency.
Education, Skills, and Experience
BA degree or equivalent.
2+ years of experience as a legal assistant, administrative assistant or similar role (in-house legal team or law firm experience preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-priority tasks.
Ability to think creatively to solve business problems.
Technologically savvy, with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, PDF creation tool(s), and contract management software.
