What You’ll Do- Be the Legal Strategist: Dive into complex legal issues across estate and wealth protection, long-term care, estate administration, special needs planning, estate tax, litigation, corporate law, real estate, and gas/oil rights.
- Craft with Precision: Draft, review, and file legal documents and correspondence that drive results.
- Lead the Charge: Manage case progress, oversee paralegal work, and ensure seamless client communication.
- Champion Client Success: Meet with clients, attend hearings, and deliver tailored legal solutions that meet their goals.
- Drive Excellence: Resolve client concerns swiftly and professionally, always putting satisfaction first.
- Master Estate Administration: Handle everything from asset gathering to tax returns and legal documentation.
- Be a Community Voice: Represent the firm on boards, committees, and community groups—your influence matters.

Qualifications
At least 2 years' experience in estate planning, estate administration or Elder Law focused environment.
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited school of law with a current license to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania.
Decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, staff, and referral sources.
Compensation based on experience
