Service lines include SFC, quality of earnings, business valuations, technology and integration, collateral examinations, investment banking, and litigation support.
LCG Advisors is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to support the organization by seeking opportunities to make our teammates’ day better and reducing frustrations. The ideal candidate will have aspirations to work in a professional
environment, assisting our teammates on a regular basis as they collaborate with our clients and would like to advance into professional services or within our corporate team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming environment while providing daily support to Tampa teammates as well as those in a remote setting.
- Answer and direct sales calls while providing appropriate information or transferring calls to the relevant extensions.
- Issue guest badges and assist with greeting and directing visitors, interviewees, and employees.
- Accept and distribute packages, mail, and food deliveries. Ship mail and packages as needed and obtain necessary supplies.
- Order and restock office supplies, snacks, and kitchen items.
- Ensure the kitchen and office facilities remains clean, orderly, and adequately stocked.
- Reserve and prepare conference rooms for meetings and events.
- Distribute and manage parking stickers for employees and visitors.
- Assist in setting up new employee profiles in designated systems, desk and supplies.
- Provide support to the internal billings team.
- Assist with IT related tasks as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Associate degree in business administration, management, or other related field, helpful.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, extraordinary organizational, and strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information conscientiously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
