Title: Mid-Level Litigation Associate - Commercial
Location: Hybrid -New York, NY

Responsibilities:
  • Handle complex litigation matters across various practices in both federal and state courts.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, providing legal counsel and strategic advice.
  • Review and draft discovery responses, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents.
  • Assist in case strategy development and collaborate on a wide range of legal projects.
  • Manage case timelines, priorities, and deadlines efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Admission to the New York Bar is required.
  • Strong litigation experience across various practices, with law firm experience.
  • Federal court clerkship is a plus.
  • Commercial litigation experience in federal and state courts in New York is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Provide high-quality, timely work product while meeting deadlines.
  • Foster positive relationships and adhere to firm policies and practices.
  • Manage competing demands and meet performance expectations.
Education: 
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school
