POSITION SUMMARY
Under direction of the Chief Legal Counsel, this position is responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and delivering opinions on actual or potential legal cases and risk management issues.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing
Minimum Experience
Minimum of 7 years experience in a variety of clinical nursing disciplines
Required Registration/License/Certification
RN license
Preferred Registration/License/Certification
Legal Nurse Consultant certification (LNCC) from the American Legal Nurse Consultant Certification Board (ALNCCB) (or willingness to become certified)
