Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Accountable for medical oversight performed by case managers, case values, utilizing subject matter experts, negotiating claims, referring to and assisting litigation
- Maintain effective communication with clients per the firm's standards and expectations
- Ensure that overall best strategies are utilized for negotiations and act as mentor to case managers and/or any direct reports
- Collaborate with firm leadership to maximize outcomes
- Assist with exceptional cases at the discretion of the owner or manager.
- Must have two (2) plus years of personal injury experience
- Must be an active member of the NC Bar Association
- Active member of SC Bar Association a plus
- Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
- Proficiency in writing, research, and negotiation
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills required
- Experience with Needles Neos Case Management Software a plus
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and public speaking skills required
