
Fluke is seeking a compliance leader who is passionate about fostering a trusted and ethical workplace for all employees. You will be responsible for Fluke’s global compliance and risk management program and serve as a trusted advisor to senior management. The successful candidate will have access to a powerful set of tools and methods within the Fortive Business System (FBS) to drive growth and innovation, deliver for our customers, minimize waste, and lead more effectively. This position reports directly to Fluke’s General Counsel and works collaboratively with Fortive Corporation’s Chief Compliance Officer and team.
How you will make a difference:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Fluke that is complementary to the Fortive compliance program and consistent with the Code of Conduct
- Promote a culture of compliance by amplifying program awareness among leadership, employees, and external partners
- Promote the Speak Up! whistleblower program, support internal investigations, and develop action plans and countermeasures for continuous improvement
- Lead Fluke’s third-party screening anti-corruption program
- Develop creative and engaging training programs
- Lead Fluke’s Risk Assessment Program
- Develop and implement guidelines and processes that empower our teams to foster growth and innovation while conducting business ethically
- Retain and direct outside counsel, auditors, and other resources as appropriate to assist with investigations, training, and other compliance matters
- Maintain the Compliance team database on the Fluke Legal website with up-to-date compliance resources accessible to our business partners
- Provide tailored assistance to our team members and business clients as needed.
Qualifications:
- Attorney candidates must be licensed to practice in at least one U.S. Jurisdiction
- 8+ years of Compliance experience within a global organization with 2+ years of people leader experience
- Experience leading and conducting internal investigations
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve compliance issues; problem-solver who is capable of effectively working both independently and collaboratively
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Supportive of colleagues across all functions and organizational levels with an appreciation for regional cultural and legal concerns
- Communicates complicated information in an understandable and engaging way
- Position eligible for on-site, hybrid, or remote in the state of Washington
