Job Description

Trueline's client, a prestigious law firm with 12 offices across California, is seeking a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney to join their team remotely or in-office. This position offers remote, hybrid, or in-office options across the state of California.


What You'll Do as the Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney:

  • Represent companies and insurance agencies in workers' compensation proceedings.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to strategize solutions for complex issues.
  • Attend hearings, negotiate settlements, and maintain strong client and peer relationships.
  • Utilize your tech-savvy for research, communications, and digital tasks.
  • Occasionally travel to different work locations and liaise with clients in person.


You'll Succeed as the Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney if you Have:

  • A Juris Doctor degree and an active membership with the California State Bar.
  • 1+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation Defense.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive, client-centered approach and a knack for analyzing and solving intricate legal challenges.
  • Strong tech skills to support your legal work.
