Job Description
A growing real estate company is seeking a motivated Attorney to join its legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate or an attorney with experience in real estate law. Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
- Assist with real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing transactions
- Conduct legal research and provide guidance on real estate matters
- Coordinate with outside counsel when needed
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Support management on day-to-day legal issues
- J.D. degree
- Real estate law experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
