Parker McCay P.A. is looking for a legal assistant to work with clients, attorneys and support staff on litigated/contested Pennsylvania foreclosure actions and related conciliations. The ideal candidate will have approximately 3-5 years of direct or very closely related experience.

Essential Functions
Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the below:
- Navigating client management systems (BKFS and Tempo) and completing daily processing tasks related to contested/litigated Pennsylvania foreclosure actions
- Assisting with all aspects of contested/litigated Pennsylvania foreclosure actions including, but not limited to, calendar management, review of court orders, discovery, drafting and filing court pleadings and preparing conciliation conference notes and other tasks related to loss mitigation
- Must be team player willing to assist throughout the department
Requirements include, but are not limited to the below:
- 3-5 years of litigated/contested Pennsylvania foreclosure experience
- Proficiency in BKFS (LPS) and Tempo
- Prior experience with Perfect Practice case management system preferred
- Key skills include: critical thinking, effective written and spoken communications, interpersonal skills and organization
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of files/multi-task/adaptability
- Attention to detail
