We are seeking a results-driven Senior Program Manager to join our Finance Technology & Digital Transformation team, leading the delivery and adoption of AI-powered finance products—including time entry, billing, and collections. This hybrid role combines program leadership, change management, and user engagement, with a strong focus on deploying automation, machine learning, and generative AI to transform finance operations and drive business impact.
This position can be a hybrid work schedule.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of finance products—from time entry to billing to collections—ensuring seamless rollout, stakeholder alignment, and adoption.
- Collaborate closely with the firm Chief Revenue Officer, Senior Director of Revenue, and Director of Billing to implement cost-effective solutions.
- Partner closely with vendor teams, Finance SMEs, and internal tech teams to implement AI-driven automation solutions.
- Manage a team of direct reports and will be responsible for performance management and ensuring strong execution and alignment across product delivery and operational support.
- Focus deeply on user understanding—gather insights, map pain points, and ensure solutions are intuitive, useful, and adopted.
- Deploy machine learning and generative AI technologies to automate manual processes, improve accuracy, and enhance decision-making in Finance.
- Design and lead a comprehensive change management strategy, including stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and adoption measurement.
- Drive a culture of innovation and collaboration within the finance department, fostering strong partnerships with firm leaders, to simplify and expedite the prebill process.
- Monitor KPIs post-launch to ensure solutions are delivering value and continuously optimized.
- Drive program governance, risk management, and executive reporting across multiple finance workstreams.
- Develop KPIs to measure results, reduce DSO, and enhance management of the billing and collection process.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in finance transformation or enterprise SaaS delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, information technology, or related field (master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- Demonstrated success in driving user adoption of new tools and processes in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in change management frameworks and organizational readiness strategies.
- Proven ability to work across business, technical, and vendor teams to align priorities and drive outcomes.
- Knowledge of automation, machine learning, and generative AI in a business/finance context.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex initiatives on time and on budget.
- Passion for building solutions that solve real user problems.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, complexity, and cross-functional delivery environments.
- Exceptional ability to influence and implement changes with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization and to build enduring best practices.
The compensation for this position may include a discretionary year-end merit bonus based on performance. We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
