Labor and Employment Attorney

The Orlando office of Lowndes is looking for an experienced Labor and Employment Attorney. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience representing business (employer) clients including:

1. Advising clients with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
2. Representing clients before the EEOC, FCHR, DOL, and other agencies
3. Representing clients in state and federal court in employment litigation matters
4. Drafting and negotiating employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, separation agreements, and settlement agreements
5. Drafting and advising on employment policies
6. Consulting with clients on HR issues
7. Delivering training content for clients and potential clients

Florida Bar admission is required.
