- Manage contract management lifecycle system, including system administration and frontline management of system requests.
- Prepare, draft, and revise standard contract documents.
- Assist with negotiation of terms and conditions.
- Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain detailed and organized records.
- Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status.
- Analyze and mitigate risk.
- Closely collaborate with the applicable internal teams and practices to ensure a consistent contracting process.
- Process incoming claims, pleadings, and subpoenas.
- Coordinate garnishment/lien notice responses.
- Maintain claims and litigation legal database, including updating, tracking, creating and generating reports from the database, as well as opening and closing matters.
- Assist with all aspects of Legal Department administration, as required.
- Administrative control over corporate documents as needed.
- Manage legal invoice management system.
- Other Tasks as assigned.
- This position has no leadership responsibilities.
- Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to multi-task, be flexible, and be able to work independently, prioritize and complete projects effectively and efficiently in a time sensitive environment (often with tight deadlines).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office environment.
- Experience with contract management systems preferred.
- Familiarity with DocuSign (Insight, CLM, and eSign) and Salesforce a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience in a corporate office environment required.
- Previous experience in contract writing/negotiation a plus
- Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred.

Pay Range:
$39,600-$55,400The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
