
Windsor Troy, LLP, is seeking a Part-Time Deposition Attorney to join our growing team. We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented legal professional with strong litigation skills and a passion for advocacy. This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys flexible scheduling while still being involved in meaningful litigation work.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare for and conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
- Review and analyze case files, medical records, and discovery materials.
- Coordinate with case managers, paralegals, and senior attorneys to ensure thorough case preparation.
- Summarize deposition transcripts and identify key testimony to support case strategy.
- Provide insight and legal recommendations for case valuation, settlement, or trial strategy.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to deposition work.
Qualifications:
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Minimum 2 years of litigation or deposition experience (preferably in PI or WC, but open to other backgrounds).
- Strong communication, questioning, and critical thinking skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely, with availability for scheduled depositions.
Salary: $75 - $115 per hour. Based on Experience.
