About the Role:

As the VP of Product Management, you will lead the Global Business Systems team to enhance the end-to-end customer experience. This role involves driving product roadmap integration across all LexisNexis business units and ensuring a modern technology stack with AI capabilities. You will oversee the overall product portfolio strategy, manage related roles, and foster solid relationships with key partners. Additionally, you will influence senior executives and extend product excellence throughout the organization.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal business systems
  • Collaborating with technology and business unit leaders to execute key enhancements
  • Partnering with VP of Global Sales Tools & Processes to generate harmonized business requirements
  • Being an expert on the Salesforce ecosystem and back-office domain trends
  • Establishing, tracking, and managing OKRs aligned with business strategy
  • Developing and maintaining a robust governance framework for product lifecycle decision making
  • Managing escalations and maintaining effective partnerships with senior leaders globally
  • Building impactful relationships with internal customers and fostering a robust product culture


Requirements:

  • Have proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce initiatives
  • Demonstrate deep industry knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Be process and systems oriented, with a focus on problem-solving across multiple initiatives
  • Be able to influence across multiple levels in the organization
  • Have an action-oriented mindset with a proven track record of delivering wins and driving growth
  • Be able to travel globally as required
