Wills, Trusts, Estates and Probate Attorney

Shulman Rogers is seeking a full-time associate attorney to join its Wills, Trusts, Estates and Probate Department. This position requires in-person attendance in the Firm's Potomac, MD office. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of general estate planning and probate experience, and will have the opportunity to be trained on more sophisticated estate planning concepts.

Desired Qualifications:

• Three or more years of relevant estate planning and/or estate and trust administration experience
• JD degree from ABA-accredited law school and strong academic performance
• MD Bar license or ability to obtain required. DC and VA bar licenses a plus
• Desire to work in Shulman Rogers' Potomac, Maryland office on a full-time basis

Salary

• $140,000 - $200,000/year
