- Under the direction of the designated attorney, assists with appropriate processes and practices for managing and administering a variety of contractual agreements, filings and requests.
- Maintains attorney calendars. Organizes and coordinates meetings, including necessary correspondence with hospital staff and outside counsel.
- Administers information in file database and contract management software.
- Assists in creating and maintaining files of relevant information for specific vendors, customers, or contracts.
Education Requirement:
- As required by listed licensure and/or certification requirement.
- Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or relevant equivalent experience, preferred.

Certifications:
Notary Public, preferred.
Skills:
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to type 60+ words per minute.
Experience:
Three years legal secretarial experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly preferred.
