What You’ll Do:

Client Interaction:

• Communicate with clients via phone, text, email, and face-to-face meetings.
• Provide legal counsel regarding case value and strategy.

Negotiation and Case Management:

• Negotiate with insurance adjusters to secure top value for client cases.
• Build your clientele through referral systems and take the lead on your caseload.

Tech-Driven Efficiency:

• Utilize our cutting-edge legal software to:
• Organize and track cases efficiently.
• Communicate seamlessly within our structured systems.

Networking and Relationship-Building:

• Dedicate time to connect with potential clients, referral sources, and community partners.
• Leverage your soft sales skills to identify leads and expand our client base.

What to Expect:

Business Development

• Take an active role in developing a client base. With the marketing team, make the firm’s services known to potential clients.
• Develop relationships with local medical care providers and offer consultations with interested patients.

Multitasking/Prioritization

• Client Engagement: Evaluate client cases, pinpoint potential leads, and ensure compatibility with our areas of expertise.
• Manage a large and active caseload.
• Building Connections: Forge impactful relationships with partners, team members, and potential clients. Represent our firm in all interactions, fostering trust through every conversation.

Team Collaboration:

• Participate in firm meetings and events alongside team coordinators and other staff.
• Contribute to smooth operations and teamwork.

Statute Adherence:

• Maintain careful tracking to ensure compliance with statutes.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited university.
• Licensed to practice in the state of Nevada

Starting Compensation: $95,000—$135,000 base salary.

Earning Potential: First-year attorneys at our firm typically earn $95K–$135K.

By building a strong caseload, in a few years associates regularly earn $500K–$800K+ annually.

We provide the mentorship, marketing support, and lead flow to help you reach this level.
