Aubrey Thrasher, LLC is a national collections and creditors' rights law firm.  Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Aubrey Thrasher represents banks, non-bank lenders, credit unions, equipment finance companies and other financial institutions in the collection of commercial and consumer debt.  Aubrey Thrasher's attorneys file litigation and post-judgment actions directly in ten states and nationally through a network of law firms.

Job Description Summary:

This position reports to the Portfolio Performance Manager, who is responsible for the data validation, analytical forecasting, and client production reporting for our law firm.

Job Description

A successful candidate will be able to execute the following job duties:

Oversee Inventory Flow: Oversee the movement of legal case files to ensure timely processing, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards

Monitor and Report Inventory Status: Track legal case file progress and provide regular updates to leadership, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement

Maintain Client Data Integrity: Ensure client data is accurate and current within the collection system; support in data reporting and assist in meeting client-specific performance goals

Enhance Client Workflow: Identify and implement process improvements to support a responsive, efficient collection and litigation workflow

Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

2-3 years of data analysis experience

Proficient in Excel 

Primary Location:

Atlanta, GA (Buckhead)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday with flexible 8-hour work schedule to accommodate work/life balance

Salary:

$55,000 - $60,000 annually
