
The Personal Injury Client Liaison will serve as a high-level intake professional, responsible for managing potential new personal injury cases with a hands-on, client-centered approach. Unlike traditional intake agents who primarily handle cases over the phone, this role focuses on building trust and offering personalized guidance to individuals during challenging times.
As the first point of contact, the liaison will ensure potential clients feel supported and informed. They will meet with clients in person when necessary, offer reassurance, and help initiate the claims process, ensuring a smooth transition into legal representation. This role requires a personable, empathetic, and approachable professional, capable of traveling when needed to deliver a personal touch that sets the firm apart.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Meet with potential clients in person, when necessary, to offer reassurance and support.
- Serve as a warm, approachable presence, ensuring clients feel heard and valued.
- Provide clear, concise explanations of the legal process, next steps, and what clients can expect.
- Build trust and confidence in the firm’s ability to handle their case with care and expertise.
Case Intake & Evaluation:
- Conduct thorough assessments of potential personal injury claims.
- Collect relevant documentation, medical records, and initial details from clients.
- Evaluate the viability of claims and provide preliminary case insights to the legal team.
On-the-Ground Support & Travel:
- This is an in-house position with travel as needed to meet with potential clients in person, especially for complex cases.
- Assist clients with gathering case-related materials, including photos, medical records, and police reports.
- Act as a direct representative of the firm, reinforcing a client-focused approach.
Claims & Insurance Coordination:
- Assist with initiating claim processes when appropriate.
- Communicate with insurance companies to help clients understand their rights and options.
- Work closely with case managers and attorneys to ensure a seamless transition into legal representation.
Ensuring a Smooth Onboarding Experience:
- Guide clients through the initial steps of their case with care and professionalism.
- Act as a bridge between intake and legal teams, ensuring cases move forward efficiently.
- This role is dedicated to creating strong, trust-based relationships with potential clients, ensuring they feel fully supported and confident in moving forward with their case. By offering in-person engagement, clear guidance, and immediate assistance, this specialist will help clients take the first steps toward securing the representation they need.

- Extensive experience in client-facing roles, such as intake, customer service, or legal support.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and care.
- Familiarity with personal injury law and claims processes (Highly Preferred).
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
